AUMOVIO is seeking a Production/Operations leader in Mexico to drive manufacturing performance in line with schedules and quality targets. You will oversee planning, staffing, and the seamless transfer of finished goods to warehousing, while ensuring alignment with PPCM for product and process changes.
Ideal candidates hold a technical degree and demonstrate advanced English, with a track record in lean manufacturing, root cause analysis, and KPI-driven improvement of OEE and scrap reduction.
Production Achieving and Operational Control Responsibilities
Ensure products are manufactured on time while delivering the required quality standards within established cost target
Ensure finished goods are produced in the correct quantities according to the production schedule.
Identify production schedule deviations and implement appropriate corrective actions.
Allocate personnel according to demand, released by the production plan.
Ensure the timely transfer of finished goods to the warehouse, including the corresponding SAP backflushing transactions.
Ensure there are no inventory discrepancies within the area of responsibility.
Ensure the proper management of product and process changes in accordance with the Product Process Change Management (PPCM) process.
