is seeking a Costing Analyst to analyze, monitor, and report product and manufacturing costs. You will partner with Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, and Engineering to ensure accurate costing, inventory valuation, variance analysis, and cost optimization. The role involves developing standard costs, analyzing BOMs and routings, and supporting month-end close.

Formación

• 2 years of experience in cost accounting, manufacturing finance, or financial analysis.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Experience working with ERP systems and large data sets preferred.
• Experience with Power BI or similar reporting tools preferred.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Ability to work in a multicultural environment.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in reporting.
• Effective communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong problem-solving mindset and results-oriented approach.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain standard costs for finished goods, semi-finished goods, and raw materials.
• Analyze Bills of Materials (BOMs), labor routings, and manufacturing overhead allocations.
• Review and validate product cost structures and ensure costing accuracy within ERP system.
• Monitor and analyze material, labor, and overhead costs.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities related to inventory and cost accounting.
• Reconcile inventory balances and ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
• Assist with inventory valuation, reserves, and cycle count analysis.
• Develop reports and dashboards using Power BI, Excel, or other reporting tools.

Job Description

The Costing Analyst is responsible for analyzing, monitoring, and reporting product and manufacturing costs to support operational and financial decision-making. This role partners with Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, and Engineering teams to ensure accurate product costing, inventory valuation, variance analysis, and cost optimization initiatives.
