AUMOVIO is seeking a Materials Planner to secure timely raw material supply for production. You will manage stock levels, communicate with suppliers, and maintain SAP records aligned with plant demands.

The role requires an engineering-related bachelor's degree, advanced English, and at least 2 years in materials, demand planning, or supply chain. ERP experience (SAP) and strong Excel skills are essential.

• Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems and strong Excel skills.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure timely procurement of raw material for production and maintain stock levels.
• Communicate with suppliers to minimize costs and optimize time and resources.
• Set up and maintain materials in SAP according to plant needs.
• Collaborate with Customer Demand Planner on ramp-ups and phase-outs.
• Monitor material shortage risk and shipments; escalate supplier delays as needed.
• Perform Return Material Authorization processes.
• Observe personal, area, and company KPI's.

Job Description

• To assure a correct and efficient supply of raw material for production through the use of available tools and systems; make sure there is an effective communication channel with suppliers and stablish a control of stock levels, minimize the time flow of the items and related costs.
• Responsible of on time procurement of Raw material, using effectively our systems and having direct communication with suppliers and find the best solutions to optimize time, costs and resources.
• Set up and maintenance of Materials on SAP according to the plant demands.
• Work together with Customer Demand Planner on Ramp up / Phase out of programs.
• Daily follow up on Material shortage risk and over shipments from suppliers.
• Return Material Authorization.
• Observe Personal, Area & Company KPI's.
• Escalation on supplier delays to avoid impacts in production.
