(0700) is seeking a Quality Auditor to ensure regulatory and corporate quality standards are met at our Guadalajara plant. You will drive QMS improvements, conduct audits, and support customer and certification audits onsite in Mexico. Ideal candidates hold a technical degree with 3+ years in manufacturing, especially automotive, and have strong knowledge of IATF 16949, APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, and MSA.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Electronics, Quality Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years in a manufacturing environment, preferably in the automotive industry.
• Experience conducting quality audits and supporting external audits.
• Knowledge of IATF 16949, QMS, and customer-specific requirements.
• Analytical thinking and strong problem-solving abilities.
• Preferred: IATF 16949 Internal Auditor Certification and VDA 6.3 Process Auditor Certification.

Responsabilidades

• Lead structured problem-solving activities and root cause analysis.
• Deliver training and guidance on quality methods, standards, and tools.

Job Description

• Ensure compliance with IATF 16949, customer-specific requirements, and company quality standards.
• Maintain and continuously improve the Quality Management System (QMS).
• Plan and lead internal system, process, and product audits, ensuring timely closure of findings.
• Support customer, certification body, and corporate audits.
• Standardize and manage quality procedures, processes, and documentation across the plant.
• Coach and support process owners in the implementation and maintenance of QMS requirements.
• Monitor quality KPIs and drive continuous improvement activities.
• Lead structured problem-solving activities and root cause analysis.
• Deliver training and guidance on quality methods, standards, and tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Electronics, Quality Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience:
  • Minimum 3 yearsin a manufacturing environment, preferably in the automotive industry
  • Conducting quality audits and supporting external audits
• Knowledge:
  • IATF 16949, Quality Management Systems, and customer-specific requirements (Strong)
  • In Automotive Core Tools (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA)
• Skills:
  • Analytical
  • Problem-solving
• Preferred Qualifications:
  • IATF 16949 Internal Auditor Certification.
  • VDA 6.3 Process Auditor Certification.
  • Experience in electronics manufacturing processes.
