AUMOVIO in Guadalajara, Mexico is seeking a Material Planner Specialist Intermediate to ensure a steady supply of raw materials for production. You will maintain SAP data, work with suppliers, and coordinate with the Demand Planner on ramp-ups and phase-outs.

The role emphasizes on-time procurement, stock control, and effective communication across teams to minimize delays and costs. Onsite, full-time position with growth opportunities within a leading mobility technology group.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• 2 years of experience in materials, demand planning, or supply chain.
• Experience with SAP and ERP systems.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure correct and efficient supply of raw material for production using available tools and systems.
• Procure raw materials on time, communicating with suppliers to optimize time, costs and resources.
• Set up and maintain materials in SAP according to plant demands.
• Collaborate with Customer Demand Planner on ramp-up or phase-out programs.
• Daily follow-up on material shortage risk and supplier over shipments.
• Return material authorization and escalation on supplier delays.

Responsibilities

• To assure a correct and efficient supply of raw material for production through the use of available tools and systems; make sure there is an effective communication channel with suppliers and stablish a control of stock levels, minimize the time flow of the items and related costs.
• Responsible of on time procurement of Raw material, using effectively our systems and having direct communication with suppliers and find the best solutions to optimize time, costs and resources.
• Set up and maintenance of Materials on SAP according to the plant demands.
• Work together with Customer Demand Planner on Ramp up / Phase out of programs.
• Daily follow up on Material shortage risk and over shipments from suppliers.
• Return Material Authorization.
• Observe Personal, Area & Company KPI's.
• Escalation on supplier delays to avoid impacts in production.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related

Experience

• 2 years in related field (materials, demand planner, supply chain)

Knowledge

• In SAP or similar ERP
• Excel (strong)
