Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in security operations or cybersecurity.
• Experience with EDR platforms such as CrowdStrike Falcon or Defender.
• Knowledge of network security concepts like firewalls, IDS/IPS, VPNs.
• Experience with cloud security across AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity or related field, or equivalent professional experience.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze security alerts to identify threats and security events requiring investigation.
• Provide L2 support for enterprise security tools and platforms, resolving escalated issues.
• Administer and optimize security operations technologies across endpoint, network, identity, cloud, and applications.
• Support vulnerability management by coordinating remediation activities.
• Contribute to documentation, runbooks, compliance support, and automation initiatives.
