Job summary

Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking a Cybersecurity Analyst to join the Global Information Security team in Mexico City. You will monitor security alerts, provide L2 tool support, and assist with incident triage for P1/P2 events while expanding expertise across endpoint, network, cloud, and application security.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in related fields, experience with EDR tools like CrowdStrike and Defender, and a strong foundation in network security and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).

Qualifications

• 2+ years in Cybersecurity, Security Operations, IT Security, SOC, or related environments.
• Exposure to EDR technologies such as CrowdStrike Falcon or Microsoft Defender for Endpoint.
• Foundational knowledge of network security concepts: firewalls, IDS/IPS, VPNs, network traffic analysis, AI.
• Familiarity with cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Security, or equivalent experience.
• Strong troubleshooting mindset, curiosity, and eagerness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and respond to security alerts across enterprise security platforms.
• Provide L2 support for security tools and technologies, assisting users and troubleshooting security-related issues.
• Support triage and initial response activities for P1 and P2 security incidents.
• Investigate endpoint protection, authentication, access management, and security agent-related issues.
• Assist with vulnerability management and remediation tracking.
• Contribute to runbooks, process improvements, compliance activities, and security automation initiatives.
• Collaborate with Security Operations, Security Engineering, Infrastructure, and IT Support teams.
