Hubclub Go is seeking a highly experienced Senior Associate with deep SAP HCM TM and PY expertise. The role involves supporting, configuring, and optimizing SAP HCM processes related to time tracking, attendance, absence management, and payroll.

You will collaborate with HR, finance, and IT to ensure accurate HR operations, troubleshoot issues, and participate in upgrades and deployments.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in HR/IS/BA or related field.
• 3-5 years hands-on SAP HCM TM and PY experience.
• Strong HR/payroll knowledge and time management best practices.
• Experience configuring SAP TM/PY; integration & troubleshooting.

Responsabilidades

• Configure and maintain SAP HCM Time Management (TM) module including attendance, absence, shift planning, and time evaluation processes.
• Support Payroll (PY) module ensuring accurate payroll calculation, retroactive accounting, wage type configuration, and compliance with local regulations.
• Collaborate with HR and Finance to gather requirements and implement SAP HCM solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to time and payroll data, workflows, and integrations.
• Support month-end and year-end payroll runs, ensuring timely processing.
• Develop and maintain system documentation, training materials, and user guides.
• Participate in testing and deployment of SAP HCM upgrades/patches.
• Provide end-user support and training for Time Management and Payroll.
• Ensure compliance with legal and company policies for time tracking and payroll.

Job Title: Senior Associate – SAP HCM (Time Management & Payroll)

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of hands‑on experience with SAP HCM, focusing on Time Management (TM) and Payroll (PY) modules.
• Strong understanding of HR processes, payroll regulations, and time management best practices.
• Experience with SAP configuration, integration, and troubleshooting for TM and PY modules.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in fast‑paced environments.
• Knowledge of SAP HCM reporting tools and payroll systems integration is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

• SAP Certified Application Associate – Human Capital Management with focus on Payroll or Time Management.
• Experience working in multinational or multi‑country payroll environment
