A consulting firm is seeking an experienced SAP payroll expert in Cancún, Quintana Roo, Mexico. In this full-time position, you will design and configure SAP payroll systems, oversee various testing phases, and ensure compliance with local regulations. Ideal candidates will exhibit strong SAP MX PY configuration skills, fluency in local language and English, and a commitment to collaborative problem-solving. Responsabilidades

• Design the Business Blueprint for SAP payroll.
• Organize workshops with clients to finalize design.
• Configure SAP system per agreed Business Blueprint.
• Conduct unit tests and document configurations.
• Guide clients during User Acceptance testing phase.
• Organize Parallel testing phase documentation.
• Execute Cutover plan with data migration.
• Provide hypercare support post-launch.

At Camarade we are hiring a SAP payroll expert for Mexico. You will be participating in multiple Belgian SAP payroll projects and will be able to grow within the company.

Responsibilities

• Design the Business Blueprint
• Organize workshops with the client to finalize the design
• Configure the SAP system conforming the agreed Business blueprint
• Unit test and document the configuration
• Guide the client with the User Acceptance test phase
• Organize and document the Parallel test phase
• Execute the Cutover plan together with the data migration people
• Give the hypercare support after go live

Qualifications

• Local language and English is a must
• Good communicator and problem solver
• Going beyond corporate purpose to find the best solution for the client
• Taking ownership of the assigned tasks and follow up until completely signed off
• Expert in SAP MX PY configuration
• Knowledge of the Mexican legislation regarding Payroll
• Being excited by working in group with other experts
