PwC Acceleration Centers seeks a Senior Associate with deep SAP HCM experience, specializing in Time Management (TM) and Payroll (PY). You will support, configure, and optimize SAP HCM processes for time tracking, attendance, absence management, and payroll across multiple jurisdictions.

The role requires strong analytical skills and the ability to collaborate with HR, finance, and IT to ensure accurate HR operations. Excellent communication abilities are essential.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, IS, Business Administration or related field.
• 3–5 years hands-on SAP HCM experience focusing on Time Management and Payroll.
• Strong HR process, payroll regulation, and time management knowledge.
• Experience with SAP configuration, integration, and troubleshooting TM and PY.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments.
• Knowledge of SAP HCM reporting tools and payroll systems integration is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Configure and maintain SAP HCM Time Management: attendance, absence, shift planning, time evaluation.
• Support the Payroll module: accurate payroll calculation, retroactive accounting, wage type configuration, and compliance.
• Collaborate with HR and Finance to gather requirements and implement SAP HCM solutions.
• Troubleshoot time and payroll data, system workflows, and integrations.
• Support month-end and year-end payroll runs with timely processing.
• Develop and maintain system documentation and training materials.
• Participate in testing and deployment of SAP HCM upgrades and patches.
• Provide end-user training related to Time Management and Payroll.
• Ensure compliance with legal and company payroll policies.
