Job summary

Zobele Group in Hermosillo is seeking an entry-level Accounting Analyst to process supplier invoices in SAP Accounts Payable, ensure tax and internal-control compliance, and support month-end closing. You will validate data, resolve three-way match discrepancies, and help manage payment schedules.

Ideal candidates hold a public accounting degree and have at least 1 year of relevant experience. SAP knowledge is required, and the role is permanent with a stable contract.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Public Accounting or a related field.
• 1+ years of experience in a similar role.
• SAP knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Receive, review, and post vendor invoices in SAP's Accounts Payable module.
• Ensure invoices comply with tax, accounting, and internal control requirements.
• Validate information before posting (company name, amount, date, payment terms, cost centers, POs).
• Identify and resolve discrepancies between invoices, POs, and goods receipts.
• Follow up on price/quantity/payment term discrepancies with internal teams and vendors.
• Escalate issues requiring further review or approval.
• Ensure invoice postings comply with tax regulations and CFDI requirements.
• Verify electronic tax receipts per local regulations.
• Prepare payment schedules in line with calendars and policies.
• Review posted invoices for timely release and manage payment blocks.
• Support payment runs and month-end closing activities.
