Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years in Accounts Payable or General Accounting.
• At least 2 years hands-on SAP ERP experience in finance/AP.
• Proficient in English for interaction with international suppliers.
• Strong analytical, attention to detail, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills; proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Follow up on supplier invoices from receipt through processing and payment.
• Review invoices for price, quantity, or documentation discrepancies.
• Collaborate with suppliers to resolve invoice issues and request missing docs.
• Coordinate with Material Planning and other teams to ensure accurate invoicing.
• Support accounts payable and general accounting activities.
• Analyze financial information to identify discrepancies and ensure accuracy.
• Coordinate with external/offshore service providers supporting AP.
• Communicate with international suppliers when clarification is needed.
