Job summary

MAHLE in Monterrey, Mexico is seeking an Accounts Payable Analyst to manage relationships with suppliers and MAHLE internal stakeholders, resolving payment issues and guiding suppliers through the MAHLE Vendor Portal. You will ensure timely invoice processing and reconciliation while supporting month-end close and internal control adherence.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting, strong English skills, and at least two years of AP experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or equivalent
• English (Advanced Level)
• 2+ years in similar position.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Customer Service Oriented, Self-motivated, and Detail Oriented
• Experience in SAP is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Manage relationship with supplier related to Accounts Payable.
• Timely response to supplier and internal personnel inquiries.
• Follow up on invoices in workflow.
• Accounts Payable’s account reconciliation.
• Support suppliers on MAHLE Vendor Portal process.
• Month-End Close activities.
• Adhere to internal controls procedures.
