Nielsen Holdings Plc is seeking a Sample Manager to oversee sample management, workflow optimization, and market analysis within a data-driven research context. The role focuses on maintaining sample quality while coordinating with multiple teams to execute priorities.

The candidate will analyze operating measures, support plan development, and manage sample allocation to meet demographic needs, ensuring high data integrity and efficient processes.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
• 2-3 years of Data Management experience.
• Knowledge of panel methodology and media industry.
• Strong understanding of sample management practices.
• Proven track record of high achievement results.

Responsabilidades

• Analyzing operating measures and shares analysis with stakeholders.
• Supports management in developing operating plans.
• Assigns sample to meet market demographic needs and manages spec and sample assignment.
• Manages sample turnover and lifecycle.
• Monitors Basic Rate, Demographic Representation, Installed Count, In Tabs, SPI and seeks to improve sample quality.
• Communicates needs to Panel Teams.
• Works cross-functionally with Product, Engineering and Data Science Teams.
• Analyses KPIs by reviewing technical and compliance faults and open items.
• Partners with stakeholders to ensure appropriate work allocation.
• Manages databases, evaluates data, and prioritizes panelist data in call queues.
• Evaluates status conditions and modifications to ensure quality.
• Reviews reports on equipment and escalates as needed.
• Partners with Technology to automate call queue and improve productivity.
• Performs UAT and smoke testing as needed.
