Nielsen is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to transform complex data into actionable operations, leveraging AI-driven analytics within panel operations. You will monitor performance, design intelligent workflows, and ensure data quality while collaborating across teams to drive improvements.

Ideal candidates bring expertise in SQL, Python, and BI tools, plus fluency in English and Spanish, with a hands-on mindset for continuous improvement and automation.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in data science, analytics, statistics, operations or equivalent hands‑on experience.
• Proficient with AI tools to write queries, summarize data, and automate workflows.
• Strong experience with SQL, Excel and data processing tools.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Hands-on experience with Python scripting.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor panel health and key operational metrics using AI insights.
• Design predictive models, scorecards and AI-assisted workflows to answer business questions.
• Validate data pipelines and ensure high data quality.
• Turn insights into actionable plans with clear milestones.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve roadblocks and improve processes.
• Automate documentation and support audit readiness.
