AI & Technical Toolkit: Proficient with AI tools (such as Claude, ChatGPT, or Enterprise LLMs) to write queries, summarize data, and automate analytical workflows. Strong hands‑on experience with SQL, Excel, and modern data processing tools.

Bilingual Skills: Strong written and spoken communication in both English and Spanish.

Soft Skills: Great attention to detail, strong organization, and the natural ability to build relationships and influence colleagues without needing direct authority.

Hands‑on experience with Python, Tableau, Alteryx, or Google Data Studio.

Familiarity with data governance, UAT, ticketing systems, or supporting U.S.-based teams remotely.
