Job summary

American Express Global Business Travel is seeking an experienced Salesforce Technical Project Manager to lead our Project Management Office within the Salesforce COE. You will own end-to-end project success, govern programs, and drive cross-functional collaboration to align technology initiatives with business goals.

The role requires 5+ years of PM experience (2+ with Salesforce), proficiency in Jira/Asana, and PMP/CSM certification.

Qualifications

5+ years of project management experience including 2+ years on technical or Salesforce projects.
Solid understanding of Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies.
Proficiency with Salesforce and project management tools (Jira, Asana, or similar).
PMO/Center of Excellence experience and Salesforce administration or configuration exposure.

Responsibilities

Accountable for end-to-end project success, meeting objectives, timelines, and budgets.
Establish governance, success metrics, dependencies and risk management frameworks.
Develop comprehensive project plans with scope, objectives, timelines and resources.
Coordinate execution, monitor progress, and report on health metrics and budget.
Build and mentor high-performing project teams and foster collaboration.
Manage interdependencies across multiple related projects within the program portfolio.
