Clarios is seeking a Salesforce Architect to shape enterprise-wide architecture and lead Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud initiatives. You will design scalable, customer-centric solutions, oversee integrations, and drive Agile delivery with cross-functional teams.

You will mentor the development team, ensure best practices in DevOps with Copado and Git, and translate requirements into robust technical designs for global deployments.

Formación

• 3+ years of Salesforce Cloud development and architecture.
• Experience designing Salesforce and portal solutions with scalable web architecture.
• Proficient in Lightning Design System and LWC.

Responsabilidades

• Architect, design, code, and implement new features on the Salesforce platform, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Experience Cloud.
• Develop custom solutions on Salesforce platform with custom pages, components, and integrations via APIs.
• Create interfaces using Salesforce native features and Experience Cloud components for responsive design across devices.
• Serve as the Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Experience Cloud technical expert.
• Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve defects; mentor the support team for complex issues.
• Use Git and Copado in DevOps; participate in code reviews of vendor code.
• Gather requirements with business owners and translate into well-architected designs and technical docs.
• Determine CMS content management approach for multilingual support.
• Analyze requirements to balance capabilities, limitations, and trade-offs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across regions and functions to manage priorities.
