Qualifikationen

• 2–5 years of experience in Training and Development or Sales-related roles.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Familiarity with CRM, Wrike, or a Learning Management System.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Advanced English proficiency.

Aufgaben

• Support critical training programs for the Milwaukee Sales Organization, focusing on product training and onboarding.
• Identify opportunities to improve existing training solutions.
• Facilitate and lead training sessions and train-the-trainer events.
• Collaborate with SMEs to design and deploy training solutions.
• Assist with needs analyses and learning plans in the LMS.
