Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in business/marketing/commerce or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in retail sales, channel management, category management, or related functions.
• Experience working with retail customers and driving revenue growth initiatives.
• Strong analytical and financial acumen to interpret sales and market data.
• Proficiency in English (C1-C2) and ability to travel as required.

• Develop channel/customer-specific business plans and growth strategies for assigned retail accounts.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with retail customers as primary point of coordination.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance and Operations to execute customer programs.
• Analyze retail sales performance, inventory, market trends and promotional ROI to identify opportunities and risks.
• Prepare and present business reviews and strategic recommendations to leadership and partners.
• Coordinate product launches and in-store execution to maximize engagement and performance.
