Job summary

Milwaukee Tool is seeking a Sales Training Specialist II to support learning experiences and drive behavior changes across the sales function. The role sits within the Sales Training team, enhancing and executing training solutions that directly impact the Milwaukee Sales Organization.

The ideal candidate has 2–5 years of experience in Training, Sales, or related fields, with strong English, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Two to five years experience in training, sales, marketing or related fields.
• Proficient interpersonal, customer service, problem-solving, verbal, and written communication.
• Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite including Teams, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Experience using a content management system (CRM, Wrike, LMS).
• Advanced English.

Responsibilities

• Supports critical training programs for the Milwaukee Sales Organization with focus on product training, onboarding, and early career experiences.
• Identify opportunities to improve existing training solutions.
• Facilitate or lead training sessions and train-the-trainer events.
• Represent Sales Training on key project teams and partner with SMEs.
• Track and evaluate programs in collaboration with Shared Services and LMS.
• Support needs analyses for key audiences and learning plans.
