Job summary

Marriott Vacations Worldwide is seeking a seasoned sales leader to drive maximum net sales and support all aspects of customer service on the sales floor. The role includes coaching, modeling, and reinforcing effective sales practices, while maintaining the company’s standards of integrity and service to guests.

The candidate should have a bachelor’s degree (Hotel Management preferred) and at least 5 years of closing experience with sales supervision.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or Hotel Management degree preferred.
• Proven track record of success in Vacation Membership Program sales.
• Minimum 5 years of closing experience with sales supervision responsibilities.
• Fluency in English and Spanish is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve targets and maintain high service standards.
• Coach and train Sales agents, supervise daily activities, and ensure timely closings.
• Provide regular reports and updates to senior sales leadership on performance and issues.
• Represent the company with integrity and ensure adherence to sales policies and procedures.
