Vistana Aventuras, Inc. (Mexico Branch) seeks a sales leader to drive maximum membership sales and deliver top‑notch customer service.

You will supervise a sales line through coaching, modeling, and enforcing best practices, while upholding company standards of integrity, quality, and service to guests. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree, 5+ years in vacation ownership sales with closing experience, bilingual English/Spanish, and strong communication.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree and/or Hotel Management degree preferred.
• Proven track record of success in Vacation Membership Program sales.
• Min 5 years of closing experience gained through increasingly responsible positions with sales supervision skills.
• Bilingual, ability to speak English and Spanish, fluently.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish.
• Detail oriented, ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work flexible hours and days; may require holidays and/or a six- or seven-day work schedule.

Responsabilidades

• Provide daily motivation to the sales team with shift huddles, praise, and recognition for goal achievements.
• Lead hands‑on training for new hires or current team members on performance notices.
• Direct on‑site customer service issues to management and liaise between teams.
• Assist in recruitment and job interviews.
• Present product to guests with integrity and professionalism.
• Manage closing processes to maximize sales efficiencies and close performance.
