Responsabilidades

• Drive Encore program standards, budget adherence, and customer satisfaction.
• Recruit and develop high-performance team members.
• Performance manage staff and conduct timely reviews.
• Review payroll and monthly bonuses for the team.
• Supervise daily sales procedures and attendance guidelines.
• Ensure branded sales presentations and proper collateral are used.
