MuchoRed in San Pedro Garza García, Nuevo León, is seeking a Sales Support Specialist to join the Sales Operations team. This on-site role focuses on accurate order entry, order maintenance, and administrative coordination to ensure orders reflect product, warehouse, and fulfillment costs.

Responsibilities include processing orders in the ERP, downloading POs, monitoring accounts for updates, and adding charges.

Formación

• Advanced English required.
• 2+ years in order entry or sales support.
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.

Responsabilidades

• Process and update sales orders in the ERP system.
• Download purchase orders from retailer portals and external platforms.
• Monitor assigned accounts for new orders, revisions, and cancellations.
• Review purchase orders and confirm all required information is complete.
• Add warehouse and fulfillment charges, including pallet breakdown, strapping, and protective packaging costs.
• Manage high-volume retailer accounts that require manual order processing.
• Communicate discrepancies and order changes to the Sales Manager and internal teams.
• Maintain accurate records while handling repetitive, high-volume data entry.
• Provide general administrative support to the Sales department.

Requirements

• 2+ yrs of experience in order entry, sales support, sales administration, data entry, or administrative operations.
• Advanced English.
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong organization and time-management skills.
• Ability to prioritize orders and meet deadlines.
• Ability to work independently and manage repetitive tasks accurately.

Preferred

• Experience with Famous, SAP, NetSuite, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or another ERP system.
• Experience downloading and processing purchase orders through retailer portals.
• Background in logistics, warehousing, distribution, or consumer goods.
• Familiarity with EDI processes.
