Lear Corporation in Ciudad Juárez, Mexico, is seeking an Account Manager to be the main contact for Automotive OEMs on current programs. You will own and manage multiple wiring and electronic projects, ensuring customer satisfaction while increasing profitability.

The role requires independent work, strong communication with US clients, and the ability to influence others with clear facts and policies. A Bachelor's degree (Engineering, BA, or equivalent) is required; MS/MBA is a plus; 1+ year in

Job Description

Main contact for Automotive OEMs for current programs

Manages and take full ownership of special tasks to support the Account management team for multiple wiring & electronic programs.

Ensure customer satisfaction while increasing profitability for Lear Corp.
