Lear Corporation in Matamoros, Tamaulipas, is seeking a Quality Engineer (Customer Service) focused on addressing quality issues, coordinating containment, and guiding cross-functional teams to achieve high customer satisfaction.
You will respond to customer complaints, work as the primary contact for specific requirements, and lead 8D problem solving with engineers, manufacturing, and maintenance to prevent recurrence. Strong English and exposure to OEMs preferred.

Respond to customers regarding reported quality complaints.
Serve as the primary point of contact with customers for specific requirements.
Coordinate the multidisciplinary team to resolve quality issues using established methodologies such as 8Ds, Ishikawa Diagrams, and DDW.
Monitor the status of customer‑reported concerns until closure is ensured.
Continuously review customer systems to ensure that all reported issues have been addressed.
Coordinate defect analysis meetings and customer response discussions.
Use the LQTS system database to analyze customer complaints and update information until each concern is closed.
Generate quality performance reports based on customer metrics and scorecards.
Ensure the implementation of effective corrective measures (CM) to prevent repeat defects.
Comply with assigned activities related to biosafety measures and COVID‑19 protocols.

Team Oriented
Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering or any related field.
1+ years of experience in similar position in wire harness process.
Experience in direct interaction with OEMs.
Advanced English Level
