You will drive quality improvements across tooling, documentation, and inspection strategies to ensure customer satisfaction.
The role requires a Bachelor’s in Industrial Engineering and at least 1 year of APQP exposure in automotive wire harness environments, with bilingual English/Spanish communication.

Monitor the quality system with a preventive approach to validation and strict compliance with design requirements, manufacturing processes and products, as well as engineering activities, program launches, and product transfers, in order to achieve a high level of customer satisfaction.
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
At least 1 year of experience with the APQP process in the automotive wire harness industry.
Advanced english level (Bilingual)
