Lear Corporation in Matamoros, Mexico, seeks a Quality Resident Improvement professional to drive continuous improvement of manufacturing-related business systems from the customers' point of view. You will maintain direct contact with customers, monitor feedback, coordinate corrective actions with the Plant Quality Engineer, and generate quality performance reports.
The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering and at least 1 year of relevant experience; Lean Six Sigma and DMAIC
