Fedex seeks a capable coordinator to support Sales Operations Resolution Team (SORT) across the US and Canada. The role emphasizes resolving delivery interruptions, stops, and strategic requests with cross-functional collaboration.

The candidate should have strong problem-solving and communication skills, plus at least two years in customer experience or sales support, and fluency in English and local language.

Formación

• High School diploma or equivalent education. Some bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Fluency in local language as well as English (TOEIC 750).
• 2 years in a customer experience or sales support role, handling operational cases.

Responsabilidades

• Resolve customer and operational issues submitted through sales and other channels.
• Coordinate timely issue resolution by investigating root causes and communicating action plans.
• Provide strategic support and project management for all sales segments, esp. large customers and multi-location cases.
• Improve customer satisfaction by analyzing trends and collaborating with other teams to identify needs of top accounts.
• Fulfill other duties as assigned, focusing on customers in the US and Canada.
