FedEx Group is looking for a customer service oriented professional to support front-line operations and sales objectives. The role includes data entry, tracing shipments, over-the-counter support, and coordination with warehouse staff to ensure efficient service.

You will advise customers on FedEx products, handle cash responsibly, and seek new business opportunities while maintaining high standards of accuracy and attention to detail. This is an on-site position in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• High School degree or equivalent.
• Proficiency in English.
• Two years experience in customer service with a sales focus.
• Knowledge in cash handling and valuables management.
• Experience in a FedEx SCS Warehouse preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Assist customers with tracing packages and answering questions about FedEx products and services.
• Provide over-the-counter and phone support for customer service and sales.
• Check packages for proper labeling, weight, size, wrapping, insurance values and hazardous material requirements.
• Support branch profitability by assisting with budget, income/expenses and resource optimization.
• Open and close the branch, maintain a clean work area and ensure service times are met.
• Identify new customers and opportunities, open accounts and submit sales leads.
• Ensure excellent customer experience by offering suitable solutions to problems.
