GAC Motor is expanding in Mexico and seeks a Sales Operations Manager to oversee demand, supply, inventories, production, and sales programs while coordinating with the distributor network to ensure profitable decisions and strong execution of sales plans.

The ideal candidate is an analytical team player capable of managing incentives, conducting audits, and driving strategic financial vision in a growing global brand.

Formación

• Academic background in engineering or related admin/economic areas.
• Strong data analysis, negotiation, and team leadership capabilities.
• Experience with sales and operations planning and incentive programs.

Responsabilidades

• Retail planning, wholesale and production scheduling alignment.
• Define monthly commercial offers, pricing portfolios and competitors.
• Lead monthly distributor operational meetings.
• Manage incentive payments, audits and distributor bonus calculations.
• Oversee inventory valuation, company cars, and asset reactivation.

The ideal candidate is an analytical team player who will be responsible for maintaining the customer trust through quality products and services.

Ensure the proper planning, execution, and control of commercial operations through comprehensive management of demand, supply, inventories, production, and sales programs, as well as managing incentives and coordinating with the distributor network, guaranteeing profitable business decisions, proper execution of sales plans, and achieving business goals.

Profile:

Academic Background: Engineering, Admin, economic admin

Technical Skills:

Excel, executive presentations, financial knowledge, automotive, Sales and Operations process, demand planning

Responsabilities:

• 1.-Retail planning, Wholesale, sales months, arrival estimates, and production scheduling.
• 2.- Definition of the Monthly Commercial Offer Measuring the Transaction Price, portfolio, and direct competitors.
• 3.- Kick-off of the monthly operational meeting with Distributors.
• 4.- Management of incentive payments, Calculation, audit, and disclosure of amounts to be billed by the distributor network corresponding to flexible bonus, variable margin, special incentives, disbursement, and calculation of Sales Boost.
• 5.- Special Programs: Valuation and sale of inventory, Company cars, sale and reactivation of fixed assets.
