GAC Motor, a leading automotive group, seeks an Aftersales Manager in Veracruz to oversee service operations and dealer network relations. You will manage service processes, warranty claims, and technical support to ensure top-quality customer experiences.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in automotive aftersales, with leadership experience and the ability to coordinate with HQ. This role focuses on improving service standards and supplier collaboration in our growing Mexican presence.

Formación

• Education: Automotive Mechanical Engineering.
• Work Experience: 10 years.
• Specific Skills: Servicing, repair, diagnostics, and the development of manuals and processes.
• Business Knowledge: Personnel management, conflict management and resolution.
• Project Management
• Conflict Management

Responsabilidades

• Customer Service: managing relationships with dealership network agencies, customers, and suppliers.
• Development and implementation of service processes and standards; providing training and technical support to the dealer network.
• Service system management; administration of DMS, EPC, and repair manuals; uploading data to supplier platforms. Processing warranty claims (receipt, analysis, and approval/rejection).
• Supplier tendering, contract finalization, and review/validation of supplier service payments. Requesting work plans from suppliers aligned with the brand's needs.
• Liaising with HQ and providing feedback based on reports received from the dealer network regarding quality or performance details of the brand's products and services.
