Fortune Fashions Baja S. de R.L. de C.V. in Ensenada, Mexico is seeking a Sales Coordinator to support the Sales team on projects aimed at driving sales growth.

You will prepare presentations, generate buyer documents, and track orders across multiple categories while collaborating with Licensing, Creative, and Production teams to meet deadlines.

The role requires strong Excel skills, reliable communication, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.

Formación

• Inside sales support or coordination experience is required.
• Proficiency in Adobe and Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Strong communication, both verbal and written.
• Detail-oriented with ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Assist preparing presentations and sales documents for buyer meetings.
• Generate and update buyer assortment documents and logs as needed.
• Update licensor presentations monthly.
• Update order tracking logs and charts for multiple categories.
• Attend and participate in weekly meetings – including Brand, Product Development, Production and Sales meetings.
• Crosscheck and review incoming orders for accuracy, delivery, and completion.
• Manage and communicate sample requests and WIPs with pre-production and production teams.
• Assist in the licensing submission and approval process for all orders start to finish.
• Maintain internal platforms such as Basecamp and Nuxeo to ensure style numbers are generated, WIPS are up to date, projects are managed and communicated in a timely manner.
• Work across multiple departments including Licensing, Creative, Sales to ensure all deadlines are met.
