Philips is seeking a General Sales Support to coordinate administrative activities, maintain sales data, and assist the team in delivering outstanding customer experiences. You will manage orders, inventory, and delivery schedules while maintaining accurate CRM records and pricing information.

You will respond to inquiries, resolve routine issues, and analyze sales data to identify trends and assist with reports and proposals.

Formación

• High School Diploma, Vocational Education, or equivalent.
• Administrative, data management, documentation and reporting skills.
• Experience with CRM systems and MS Office applications.
• Strong communication and customer service abilities.
• Proactive, organized, and able to work independently or in a team.

Responsabilidades

• Manage order processing, inventory records, delivery schedules, and meeting/travel arrangements.
• Maintain sales docs and customer records in CRM, ensure order/pricing accuracy.
• Respond to inquiries and resolve routine operational and sales issues.
• Analyze sales data to prepare reports and support presentations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and tools.
