Essity is seeking a Sales & Marketing Controller in Mexico to lead financial evaluations, drive business cases, and partner with Commercial and Marketing teams to ensure profitable growth. You will own FP&A processes, guide strategic financial decisions, and coordinate planning across the category.

The role requires 2–4 years in Controlling/FP&A within a multinational, with strong analytical and communication skills.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business administration, economics, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in Controlling, FP&A, Commercial Finance, or similar role, preferably multinational.
• Strong understanding of P&L, Balance Sheet, working capital, and cash flow.
• Ability to challenge stakeholders constructively and influence decisions with data.
• Proven ability to translate financial data into business insights.

Mansioni

• Lead the financial evaluation of new business initiatives, promotions, pricing actions, and investments.
• Analyze monthly financial results and deviations vs Plan/Forecast/Prev Year with insights and recommendations.
• Act as Finance Business Partner for Commercial and Marketing teams, guiding financial decisions.
• Challenge commercial assumptions, identify risks/opportunities, and influence decisions with fact-based analysis.
• Govern the financials of commercial activities and balance market opportunities with targets.
• Coordinate forecasting, budgeting, and financial planning for the category with accuracy.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Commercial, Supply Chain, and Finance to drive mitigation actions.
• Prepare executive-level analyses and reports for Leadership Team.
