Job summary

Essity is seeking a Finance Business Partner / FP&A professional to lead financial evaluation of initiatives, analyze performance against Plan and Forecast, and guide commercial teams with robust financial insights.

You will own forecasting, budgeting, and the S&OP financial dimensions, coordinate cross-functional inputs, and partner with Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance to drive profitable growth in a multinational environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business administration, economics, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in Controlling, FP&A, Commercial Finance or similar.
• Strong understanding of P&L, Balance Sheet, Working Capital and Cash Flow.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial evaluation of new business initiatives, promotions, pricing actions, and commercial investments with robust business cases and P&Ls.
• Analyze monthly financial results and deviations vs Plan, Forecast, and Prior Year with insights and recommendations.
• Act as Finance Business Partner for Commercial and Marketing teams, providing financial guidance and challenging assumptions.
