is seeking a Finance Business Partner to lead financial evaluation of new initiatives, build robust P&Ls, and ensure alignment with growth and profitability targets across Commercial and Marketing teams. You will coordinate forecasting, budgeting, and the category’s financial planning, providing insights and actionable recommendations to drive profitable growth in a fast-paced multinational environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead the financial evaluation of new business initiatives, promotions, pricing actions, and investments.
• Analyze monthly financial results and deviations versus Plan, Forecast, and Prior Year.
• Act as a Finance Business Partner for Commercial and Marketing teams.
• Challenge commercial assumptions and influence decisions with data-driven analysis.
• Lead financial governance of commercial activities and balance opportunities with targets.
• Own the financial dimension of the S&OP process and coordinate forecasting.
• Coordinate forecasting, budgeting, and financial planning for the category.
• Partner with Marketing, Commercial, Supply Chain, and Finance to identify risks and opportunities.
• Lead the Long-Term Strategic Plan financials and scenarios.
• Monitor KPIs like Net Sales, Gross Profit, EBIT, Working Capital, Cash Flow.
• Participate in cross-functional Controlling Network initiatives.
• Prepare executive analyses, reports, and presentations for leadership.
