Capgemini Engineering is seeking a Senior Sales Director to drive growth in engineering and R&D services. You will identify and qualify opportunities, contribute to proposals, and engage with clients and internal teams.

The role requires initiative, managing smaller pursuits, and supporting larger pursuits under senior leadership. The position emphasizes ownership of opportunities, collaboration across geographies, and strong PowerPoint and written proposal skills.

Formación

• 14-16 years of professional experience in a sales, pre-sales or client-facing role, ideally in engineering, technology or consulting services.
• Proven experience selling solutions around digital manufacturing, software product engineering, systems engineering incl. mechanical and physical engineering, hardware, embedded software.
• Demonstrated contribution to sales quota attainment, through direct ownership of smaller deals or as a key contributor in larger pursuits.
• Strong PowerPoint and proposal writing skills with clear structure and storytelling.
• Native Spanish speaker with fluency in English (spoken and written).
• Familiarity with CRM tools and sales governance processes.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and qualify new opportunities in target accounts and industries.
• Take ownership of smaller pursuits and support larger ones through coordination and content development.
• Prepare impactful client presentations and proposals using PowerPoint and other tools.
• Collaborate with solutioning, delivery and pre-sales teams to shape client-centric responses.
• Participate in RFP/RFI responses, pricing discussions and bid management activities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and client contacts.
