Ssg Mexico is seeking a motivated Sales Call Center Representative to connect with customers by phone, promote products, and close sales in a fast-paced environment.

You will follow a structured script, document interactions in the CRM, meet daily targets, and participate in regular training to sharpen your selling skills.

Formación

• Strong communication and persuasion skills with a customer-focused approach.
• Experience in sales or call center environments preferred.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and MS Office.
• Fast and accurate typing and strong organizational abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Handle inbound calls from customers and convert inquiries into sales.

• Overcome objections and close sales consistently.

Sales Call Center Representative Requirements

• Previous experience in a sales or call center role preferred
• Strong English skills
• High school diploma or GED required; college degree a plus
