Elsevier seeks a Contract Manager, Sales in Mexico to draft, review and negotiate sales contracts, amendments and renewals, aligning with templates and policies. You will collaborate with Sales, Legal, Finance and Account Support to deliver compliant commercial outcomes and strong customer experience.

The role emphasizes identifying contracting risks early, providing practical recommendations, and handling contracts end-to-end with accuracy and speed.

Formación

• Law degree or equivalent with contract management experience.
• Experience in sales contracting, SaaS licensing or information services helpful.
• Fluent in English and Spanish; Portuguese a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Reviewing, drafting and negotiating sales contracts and related documents.
• Supporting Legal and Sales by identifying non-standard terms and risks early.
• Managing contract matters from intake to execution with internal stakeholders.
• Communicating clearly with internal and external parties and providing ETA and guidance.
• Using contract management systems to improve efficiency and consistency.
