Elsevier is seeking a Contract Manager, Sales to support contracting activity, draft and negotiate sales agreements, amendments and renewals. You will work with Legal, Sales, Account Support and Finance to enable compliant commercial outcomes and strong customer experience.

Fluency in English and Spanish is required; Portuguese is a plus. You will identify contracting risks early and use templates, policies and tools to provide practical recommendations.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in law or equivalent with 3–5 years of contract management or legal operations experience.
• Fluent in English and Spanish; Portuguese is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Reviewing, drafting and negotiating sales contracts and related documents in line with templates and policies.
• Identify non-standard terms and contracting risks early and clearly.
• Manage contract matters from intake through execution, tracking status and approvals.
• Collaborate with Sales, Legal, Finance and internal SMEs to finalize contract requirements.
• Provide clear, factual explanations and realistic ETAs to stakeholders.
