Responsibilities

• Consistently demonstrate AE Customer First selling standards to deliver a positive customer experience and achieve daily sales goals.
• Drive brand loyalty by informing customers about loyalty programs.
• Use company tools to provide product knowledge and maximize sales.
• Support fellow employees by sharing knowledge and helping with tasks.
• Outfit the customer with key looks based on their style and trends.
• Promote awareness of AE and aerie brands and channels.
• Perform register sales transactions quickly and accurately per cash-control procedures.
• Restock returns to the correct location and label damaged items.
• Maintain neat, clean, and organized store, cash wrap, fitting room and stockroom.
• Handle merchandise from shipment, floorsets, markdowns and replenishment per SOP.
• Proactively resolve customer concerns with store leadership as needed.
• Understand and adhere to all company policies and procedures.
