Job summary

Servicios Comerciales Amazon Mexico S. de R.L. de C.V. is seeking a Yard Marshall to lead cross-functional communication in the operation and plan safe yard operations for AMZL yards. The role focuses on coordinating trailers, ensuring safety, and driving on-time dispatch.

Responsibilities include dock planning, daily coordination with operations and transport partners, and maintaining yard inventory and reports. Strong English skills and a Bachelor’s degree are required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of increasing responsibilities in WHS or environmental programs in manufacturing, production, or service operations.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to create pivot tables and charts.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Fluent in English (speaking, writing, reading).

Responsibilities

• Create a strategic dock plan for trailer arrivals and placements, and plan contingencies.
• Coordinate with operations and providers to ensure smooth traffic flow and on-time dispatch.
• Ensure safety measures for docks, trailers, and vehicles are in place.
• Conduct daily coordination with station managers and partners to ensure timely, safe trailer movements.
• Maintain up-to-date trailer appointments and generate daily yard reports.
