Jobtailor is hiring for a SaaS pre-sales specialist focused on senior living technology. You will own product demos, handle inbound leads, and support the sales cycle with strong technical knowledge of integrations and product features.

You will work in a lean, fast-moving remote team, collaborating across departments to ensure successful proposals and timely responses to RFPs. Prior exp with Pipedrive and senior living tech is a plus.

Formación

• 2–4+ years in SaaS pre-sales, solutions consulting, sales engineering, or a similar technical role.
• Senior living, healthcare, or hospitality technology experience strongly preferred.
• Deep understanding of product features, integrations, and edge cases.
• Ability to identify objections and adapt demos during sales conversations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Own the product demo layer across active sales cycles, including setup and debriefs.
• Shadow sales reps on demos during the first 90 days and run demos independently by month four.
• Handle integration, configuration, and product-fit questions during conversations.
• Build and maintain demo environments tailored to community types and product scope.
• Build, format, send, and track proposals; manage contract drafting with legal and finance.
• Respond to inbound leads, qualify, categorize, and route them same day.
• Maintain Pipedrive hygiene on the inbound pipeline.
