Turtle Trax S.A. in Guadalajara is seeking an experienced SDR Team Lead to build and scale a high-performing outbound team.

You will coach a 5-person SDR group, drive multi-channel sequences, MEDPIC qualification, and effective objection handling, while staying hands-on when needed. You will own the hiring process with HR and the VP of Sales, run weekly 1:1s, maintain a transparent playbook in Confluence, and push AI-powered automation across the funnel.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a B2B SDR or inside sales role
• At least 2 years in a team lead or management capacity
• Fluent English for US-based communication
• Experience with AI tools in a sales context
• Based in Guadalajara or willing to relocate, 3 days in office

Responsabilités

• Lead and Develop the Team
• Directly manage a team of 5 SDRs in GDL, with a plan to scale to 10+ in 12–18 months
• Own the hiring process end-to-end with recruiting, HR and VP of Sales
• Run and continuously raise the bar on onboarding and CheckRide assessment
• Deliver weekly 1:1s grounded in pipeline math and call quality
• Identify the top performers and standardize their methods across the team
• Manage underperformance directly with respect
