Integon in Baja California, Mexico seeks a Roadside Rescue Advisor to coordinate emergency support, dispatch providers, and keep customers informed with care.

Ideal candidates stay calm under pressure, demonstrate empathy, and communicate effectively in English and Spanish while using multiple systems to ensure rapid rescues.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Fully bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to multitask and work across multiple systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Responsabilidades

• Use active listening and probing questions to understand customer situations.
• Provide empathy, professionalism, and reassurance in every interaction.
• Resolve routine, complex, and emergency roadside issues.
• Aim for first-call resolution and high customer satisfaction.
• Locate and engage service providers for fast, efficient rescues.
• Maintain clear communication with customers and partners throughout the process.
• Follow procedures and time-sensitive protocols.

About The Role

As a Roadside Rescue Advisor, you will coordinate emergency support by connecting customers with roadside assistance service providers. You’ll work with urgency and professionalism to dispatch the right provider, communicate updates clearly, and ensure customers feel informed and cared for throughout the rescue process.

This role is ideal for people who stay calm under pressure, communicate with empathy, and enjoy helping customers in moments of need.

What You’ll Do

• Use active listening and probing questions to fully understand customer situations.

What You Bring

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• Advanced English and Spanish (fully bilingual).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and work across multiple systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured procedures.

Preferred

Experience in customer service, emergency dispatch, call centers, or related environments.
