Integon, the Mexican division of The Allstate Corporation, is seeking a Roadside Rescue Advisor. You will coordinate emergency support by connecting customers with roadside assistance providers, dispatching the right supplier, and communicating updates with care.

Formación

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• Advanced English and Spanish (fully bilingual).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and work across multiple systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured procedures.

Responsabilidades

• Use active listening and probing questions to fully understand customer situations.
• Show empathy, professionalism, and reassurance in every interaction.
• Resolve routine, complex, and unique roadside assistance issues.
• Aim for first-call resolution and support high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Locate and engage service providers to ensure fast, efficient roadside rescues.
• Maintain clear communication with customers and service partners throughout the process.
• Follow established procedures and adhere to time-sensitive protocols.
