Job summary

Integon, the Mexican division of a major U.S. insurer, seeks a Roadside Rescue Advisor to coordinate emergency roadside assistance and dispatch the right service providers.

You will communicate with customers with empathy, stay calm under pressure, and guide them through the rescue process from start to finish. The role values bilingual English/Spanish speakers, strong communication, and the ability to multitask across systems.

Qualifications

• Required High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• Advanced English and Spanish (fully bilingual).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and work across multiple systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured procedures.

About the Role

As a Roadside Rescue Advisor, you will coordinate emergency support by connecting customers with roadside assistance service providers. You’ll work with urgency and professionalism to dispatch the right provider, communicate updates clearly, and ensure customers feel informed and cared for throughout the rescue process. This role is ideal for people who stay calm under pressure, communicate with empathy, and enjoy helping customers in moments of need.
