Job summary

Visa is seeking an Analyst, Acceptance Solution within the Issuing Value-Added Services Specialized Sales function in Mexico. The role supports commercialization and ongoing management of Risk and Security services, collaborating with cross-functional teams to advance opportunities and client outcomes.

The position is hybrid, allowing time between remote work and office presence, with typical in-office days determined by leadership needs.

Qualifications

• Experience in financial services or issuing client sectors
• Strong analytical and communication abilities
• Ability to understand challenges faced by issuing clients

Responsibilities

• Build an understanding of the payments ecosystem, including issuer needs, trends, open banking, real-time payments, regulatory developments, and operational challenges.
• Develop working knowledge of Visa's solutions and their applications for clients.
• Support prospecting and opportunity qualification activities within the assigned market.
• Conduct client and market research to identify high-potential prospects and decision-makers.
• Support client engagement through timely follow-ups, insights, and coordination of next steps.
• Partner with the Generalist Sales team to prepare proposals and materials communicating Visa capabilities and benefits.
• Contribute to development and execution of sales plans for issuing clients under senior guidance.
• Support deal development by coordinating inputs, approvals, and follow-up actions.
• Maintain records of sales activities in Microsoft Dynamics and support pipeline reporting and market analysis.
• Track progress against objectives and highlight risks, gaps, and opportunities to the sales team.
